Hi my name is Carl Holyland H.O.F.  I have been doing Lau Gar Kung Fu for 25 years now and I have two clubs running one in Syston and one in Oadby in Leicestershire. I enjoy doing Kung Fu and I train every week and I enjoy teaching people what I have learnt over the last 25 years of training .
